One MegaByte provides web development, mobile app development, cloud hosting, and AI integration services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code created by One MegaByte remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client as specified in individual project agreements.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Standard terms require 50% deposit before work begins and remaining balance upon completion.

6. Limitation of Liability

One MegaByte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Outstanding payments remain due upon termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction where services are provided.
